To process any refund related to damage, defect, or incorrect items, an unboxing video and supporting photos must be shared as proof. Requests beyond the eligible return period will not be entertained.

  • Request initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Original tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.

Cancellations
