Our logistics infrastructure is designed for precision. Review our standard operating procedures for order processing, dispatch, and digital delivery.

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Bulk institutional orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and customization.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, customers receive shipping confirmation details.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For bulk institutional deliveries or special logistics requests, our team may coordinate separately.

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Remote locations may require additional time.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Responsibility & Proof

Customers must provide accurate shipping details at the time of order. Delivery is considered complete once the courier confirms successful delivery at the provided address.

⚠️ Important

Since returns are accepted within 2 days and exchanges within 7 days, customers are advised to:

  • Inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
  • Record a clear unboxing video.
  • Capture supporting photos in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Failure to provide required proof may affect eligibility for return or exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive: A damaged product, A defective item, or An incorrect product.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order ID
Clear Images
Unboxing Video

As required under our Return & Exchange Policy.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • For bulk institutional orders, shipping charges may vary based on weight, volume, and location.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Acadfinity.

Delays & Exceptions

Acadfinity is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partner delays
Incorrect address provided
Failed delivery attempts
Natural events/strikes

If an order is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Digital Products & Services

For digital services, no physical shipping is involved. Access details and onboarding communication will be shared via official email or registered contact details.
